HOW TO SCHEDULE:

Please call (303) 770-1222, Ext. 2 to reserve your seat for the class.

WHEN:

Please see schedule of Pre-op classes below for available dates and locations of class.

WHERE:

Classes are taught at Sky Ridge Medical Center OR Swedish Medical Center depending on the date of the class (see schedule).

Sky Ridge Medical Center is at 10101 Ridge Gate Parkway, Lone Tree CO 80124.  The class is held in the Sky Ridge Auditorium on the ground floor

Swedish Medical Center is located at 501 E. Hampden Avenue, Englewood, CO 80110.  The class is held in one of the conference rooms on the second floor (see schedule)

Please bring the following with you:

1.         Something to drink

2.         Payment for the class, (CASH ONLY PLEASE, no checks or credit cards) – The cost of the class will be conveyed at the time of registration.

3.         Pen and highlighter (no need to bring notebook paper as booklet is provided)

4.         OPTIONAL: one adult support person if you would like.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel, please call to cancel by 5:00 pm on or before the Thursday prior to your scheduled class to avoid a $20.00 late cancellation fee.  If you cancel prior to 5:00 pm the Thursday before your class, there will not be a $20.00 charge. 

If you get lost on the way to class, or have questions regarding the class, please call (303) 770-1222, Ext. 2.  This is the only number to call to sign up for the class.
